Experienced equipment leasing closers: keep up to 60% of the commission on every deal you fund, backed by a lender panel and back office that has funded businesses since 2004.

Split is of the commission Liberty Capital Group earns on each funded deal, paid after the deal funds and LCG is paid. 100% commission, independent contractor (1099). No base salary or draw.

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years closing equipment leasing or equipment finance deals, with funded volume you can show
  • An existing book: vendor and dealer relationships, repeat clients or a referral network
  • You know how lenders decide: time in business, PayNet and Dun & Bradstreet business credit, comparable credit, bank statements and financial packages
  • Self-managed: you prospect, structure and close without hand-holding
  • Straight with clients, including telling them when a deal doesn't fit
